Mega Maze Making

When we reflected on our maze making, some of the boys said they’d like to make a bigger maze.  We also noted that some of the mazes didn’t have a border around the outside, so the bugs ran off the maze.  Today we followed the problem solving process again, clarifying the problem and then making a plan.  We planned straight onto a long table covered in contact.  Then the boys worked in groups to take the action of building the maze.  Of course, the most fun part was the checking part of the process, when we ran all 6 bugs through the maze at one time.
