Arrays Everywhere!

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

We have been investigating arrays, and how they can be use to multiply 2 numbers.  Imagine our surprise when we found arrays in our classroom and around our school.  We have used the iPads and the app Explain Everything to show our understanding of using arrays to multiply.  We hope you enjoy the videos below.

Can you find arrays at home?  What are they?

    Dear Year 3 Superstars,
We are a group of teachers in the 3/4 Learning Community at St Therese School in Torquay. We took a look at your blog today and your wonderful learning. We were so impressed at how clever you all are. We were especially wowed by your wonderful Arrays Everywhere videos that you created on Explain Everything. This has given us some great learning ideas for our students in Torquay. No wonder you are called the Year 3 Superstars! Keep up the great work and we look forward to connecting with you more through our blogs.
