Kings Park Excursion

We had a great time out of the school on Wednesday last week.  We visited the Rio Tinto Naturescape in Kings Park and then were led through another part of the park, learning about some of our state’s history.  Did you know that the Dutch were the first visitors to Western Australia?  And that the French came next, before the English?

The Naturescape was great fun.  We got to paddle in the creek, climb towers and build cubbies.  Have a look at the video below to see some of our fun.
