Diwali is an Indian celebration, also called the Festival of Lights. On Friday last week, Mrs Calvert organised a series of activities so that we could learn about the celebration. Arnav’s mother came in and we interviewed her about Diwali. We tried Indian sweets, made clay lamps and really enjoyed our day. Luckily, Mrs Wolfenden didn’t completely miss out.
